What we collect
Only what you enter in the quotation form: your name, business email, company details, and the specifics of your requirement. We do not buy or enrich contact data.
Why
To answer your request and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.
Who receives it
The Vanilla Desk and our partner exporter in Madagascar, who prepares the quotation and would be your contracting party. This means your data is transferred outside the European Union. That transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case the applicable accounting retention periods apply.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted analytics tool configured without cross-site tracking and with IP anonymisation, in the configuration exempted from prior consent by the French data protection authority. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.
You can nonetheless refuse to be counted in our statistics. The refusal takes effect immediately.
